In this, Sergey admits that it was a mistake to agree to the China’s censorship regime. I, for one, can vouch for that being the case. I am sure that apart from the contents from the search being different, they are also blocking access to blogger.com’s sites at *.blogspot.com. Here’s a copy of a traceroute I did from a hotel in Sanya, Hainan on April 20th at 10:39 PM:
